Friday 9:30am-8:00pm
Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm
Sunday 12:00-5:00pm

  • There is NO COST to you to participate as a  vendor
  • You do not need to be present during the sale
  • Once you register, you will be given a Vendor Letter (A, B, C, etc.)
  • Your Vendor Letter must be on each price label - remember, this is a rummage sale, if you want to sell
    it, price it so it will sell!
  • Prices are non-negotiable
  • Drop off your items between 9:30am Monday, Jan. 25 and 9:00pm on Wednesday, Jan. 27
  • Pick up your unsold items between 9:30 am Tuesday Feb. 2 and 5:00pm Saturday, Feb. 6
  • The items at the sale will be grouped by category, not by individual vendor (ex: stamps, tools, albums,
    paper, etc.) This should make for easier shopping! If you have several like items, consider
    bundling/packaging together (ex: papers, ribbons, envelopes, etc.)
  • We will keep track of the dollar amount sold, no tax will be charged
  • You will receive an in-store credit for the amount sold - credit available to use beginning Wednesday
    Feb. 2. All credits must be used within one year, if not, the credit will be invalid.
  • Polkadots is not responsible for any missing items or discrepancies
Now is the time to clean-out and organize your craft items, sell those
things you do not need or use anymore.
